With her signature platinum-blonde bob and porcelain skin, California native Erin Fetherston has made a name (and face) for herself on the New York Fashion and social scene. Born and raised in San Fransisco, Fetherston graduated from UC Berkeley before attending Parson’s Paris School of Art and Design where she would hone her skills and find a place in the Haute Couture World of Paris. Fetherston showed her first couture collection during Paris Fashion Week in 2005, before switching over to Ready-to-wear and making the move to New York. In 2007 she created an uber-chic discount line for mega-retailer Target, and that same year was named a finalist for the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund. With her whimsical, romantic and ultra-girly style reflected in both her collections and personal aesthetic, it’s no wonder she counts indie-darlings Kirsten Dunst, Zooey Deschanel and Karen Elson as friends and comrades.
